Real estate crowdlending in Argentina

Real estate crowdlending is a modern form of collective investment in construction and urban development projects. It consists of pooling capital with other people to take part in real estate projects that, individually, would be hard to access.

Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are allocated to a specific project. Once the build is finished and the targets are met, the gains are distributed proportionally among all participants.

This model lets people with smaller capital invest in significant developments — residential buildings, housing complexes or the renovation of existing properties — something increasingly relevant in the Argentine urban context.

Crowdlending opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer exclusive to large developers or investment funds: today anyone can participate.
