These Terms govern the use of corqorix.com and the services provided by Corqorix S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71845329-4, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 880, Floor 6, Office 612, CABA, Argentina ("Corqorix").
1. Acceptance
By using the site or subscribing to the newsletter, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service
Corqorix is a platform for the dissemination and management of real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina, registered as a Collective Financing Platform (PFC) before the National Securities Commission (CNV) under No. 27.
3. Nature of information
The information published is for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute personalized financial, legal or tax advice. Before investing, read each project document in full and consult your advisors.
4. Risks
Any investment in real estate projects involves risk, including the possibility of total or partial loss of the invested capital and execution delays. Past returns do not guarantee future returns.
5. Registration
To take part in projects you may need to create an account and complete identification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) processes, in accordance with the rules of the UIF and the CNV.
6. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, logos, images, software) is owned by Corqorix or used under license. Reproduction without written authorization is forbidden.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for illegal or fraudulent activities or for any activity that affects its operation. Corqorix may suspend access in case of breach.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Corqorix shall not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the site. Your decision to invest is your own responsibility, after assessing the risks.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
